MRPOA members cherish the Moon River and its watershed from its source at the Bala Falls down to Ragged Rapids GS and the Moon River holding dam in the Township of Muskoka Lakes, Ontario, Canada. MRPOA represents and informs its members about issues of local interest, organizes numerous social activities (including an annual Family Fun Day & Golf tournament!) and works hard to improve and promote the environmental health of the Moon River.

Privileges Members are entitled to:​​

 

  • Vote at meetings.

  • Receive e-mail announcements concerning issues or events of interest.

  • Serve as directors and officers.

  • Participate in MRPOA committees and events.

Activities and events include a general members meeting in June, AGM in September, Regatta, Golf Tournament, fishing derby. Immediate family members and guests of Members are welcome to participate in MRPOA events.



The MRPOA membership year is the calendar year.  Monies received from new members paying at the AGM in September will be applied to membership for the balance of the current year.  ( see Membership Application for applicable fees).
